Two small problems. I ordered it in February with a late April delivery date. It was delayed due to "supply chain problems" twice and I ended up getting in July. Too late for this growing season unless I do some fall plantings in it. The company did credit my account $100.00 so that is a plus in their customer service department. Second problem is that I was shorted eight of the nuts and ten of the bolts. I did not contact customer service on this issue. I went to my local hardware store and bought replacement stainless steel hardware, which if you haven't purchased lately, is quite expensive. Overall I am happy with the product and the pandemic has caused chaos in the supply world so I will cut them some slack.
