Our regenerative compost is made in partnership with Farm Dirt—a small, family-run business just outside Houston, Texas.

Founder Danny Wilson grew up watching a landfill expand next to his family farm, contaminating the land and water around them. That experience sparked his lifelong mission: to turn waste into something that gives back.

Today, Farm Dirt transforms green waste like leaves, brush, and food scraps—materials once destined for landfills—into high-quality compost and garden soil. Their closed-loop process improves soil, reduces emissions, and helps sequester carbon naturally.

Application Rates:

For topdressing garden beds: At 1 inch, 1 bag covers 12 sq ft.

For incorporating into soil: Recommended for depth losses over 2 inches.

For seed starter blends: Up to 60% of seed starter blend.

For mulching seedlings:

  • Newly sown seeds: ⅛ - ¼ inch topdressing.
  • Small seedlings: ½ - ¾ inch topdressing.
  • Large seedlings: ½ inch underdressing on top of soil, top off with mulch.
