Guard New Growth from Animals

Extra Large Wire Garden Cloche guard-1-pc

Keeps Animals Out

Protect seedlings from hungry garden critters, giving them the time and space to thrive.

Won't Bend or Break

Our sturdy, 1" x 1" welded wire mesh means your plant cloche won't bend, warp, or break on the job.

Eliminates Rust

Made for the outdoors, this galvanized, powder-coated wire resists rust and fights corrosion.

Extra Growing Height

Reach new heights with up to double the vertical growing space of standard 12" cloches.

Easier Plant Access

Effortlessly open or remove lid for convenient pruning, harvesting, and regular upkeep.

Lets Nature Shine

Our cage is designed to complement the natural splendor of your garden without interruption.

Keep Your Plants Safe

The fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers in your raised beds should benefit you, not the hungry animals who keep finding their way into your backyard.

Our Wire Garden Cloche offers quality, animal-safe plant protection for all your seedlings, keeping stubborn garden pests out and optimizing growth.

Protect Your Garden From:

Rabbit, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Raccoons, and more!

Why Gardeners Love This Wire Cloche

Here's how we're offering superior plant-protection for raised-bed gardens.

No Rust or Corrosion

Unlike traditional chicken wire cages, our wire garden cloche is powder-coated against the elements.

Expanded Growing Room

12" cloches limit vertical growing. At 24" tall, our wire plant cloches give you up to twice the room.

Instant-Access Lid Design

Pop open the top or remove completely to access plants. Then simply reattach or close lid to lock in garden protection.

Foldable for Compact Storage

Running out of space in your garage or garden shed? No worries!

A wire garden cloche folded for compact storage

We've designed this cage to collapse completely and fold flat, so it can be easily tucked away and organized wherever you store your garden essentials.

The Best Plant Protection On the Market

Traditional Chicken Wire Cloches

Heavy-duty welded wire mesh that prevents warps, sags, and breaks.

Twisted, thin-gauge wire easily warps and breaks down over time.

Chew-proof steel that wildlife can't bite through or break into.

Fragile design that hungry animals can bite through or push past.

Hot-dipped steel with powder coating to eliminate rust and soil corrosion.

Untreated wire that deteriorates within weeks of outdoor exposure.

20" to 24" tall, offering generous vertical space for mature plants.

Short 9" to 12.5" height causes plants to outgrow protection.

Easy-access lid, plus foldable design for simple, efficient storage.

Frustrating fixed tops and bulky design that take up shed space.

FAQs

General (5)

How does this cloche compare in durability to traditional chicken wire plant protection?

Unlike thin, flexible chicken wire, it uses heavy-duty, welded galvanized steel with a powder-coated finish to prevent sagging, rusting, or animal chewing.

Is the wire mesh fine enough to keep small animals out?

Yes, the 1-inch by 1-inch mesh grid creates a rigid physical barrier against rabbits, squirrels, birds, and other garden pests.

Can I access my plants for watering or harvesting without removing the whole cloche?

Yes, it features an openable and fully removable top lid so you can easily tend to your plants at any stage of growth.

How much height do these cloches provide for taller plants?

The Large model stands 20 inches tall, while the XL model stands 24 inches tall, providing significantly more vertical headroom than standard protection covers.

How easy is it to store the cloche in the off-season?

It features a foldable design that collapses down for compact, space-saving off-season storage.
