Warranty Scope

These warranty terms apply to Vego Garden products and cover the product itself along with any parts, accessories, or extensions included with the original purchase. 


Warranty Period

2-Year Limited Warranty:

All Vego Garden metal and plastic products are covered by a Two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Covered categories include:

  • Garden Beds(Classic, WoodGrain, Modern, Elevated, Rolling)

  • Metal Planters

  • Bed Extension Kits

  • Trellis; Cover Systems; Self-Watering Wicking Cells; Save Soil Floor

  • Potting Benches, Plant Stands, and related add-ons

  • Patio Stool and Bistro Set

  • Plant Support and Structure Series

  • Grow Light Shelves and metal add-ons

  • Outdoor Composters(metal and plastic)

  • Watering series

  • EZ Planters; FoodCube Garden Beds 

  • FlexTrugs

  • Hand Tools

  • Toolboxes

  • Plant support series


1-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in electrical components under normal use conditions. Cosmetic or issues caused by abnormal usage are not covered by this warranty.

  • Electrical products including Grow Lights, and other powered accessories 

  • Kitchen Composters

  • Solar Lights

  • Seedling Heat Mat


Warranty Claim Process

To apply for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Keep proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or purchase order number).

  2. Upon receiving the product, inspect the package and take clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging condition

    • Product condition upon arrival

    • Date code on the packaging

          This documentation helps confirm the condition at delivery and supports traceability.

  1. Take clear photos of the product and the issue if applicable.

  2. Contact Vego Garden customer support and provide proof of purchase along with photos of the damage or defect.

Our support team will review the claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or additional verification if necessary.


Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if the product experiences failures due to manufacturing or material defects, Vego Garden may repair or replace the defective parts at no charge.

This warranty does not cover labor costs or other expenses related to diagnosis, disassembly, installation, servicing, or handling of defective or replacement parts.

Warranty replacements are typically shipped to the original delivery address associated with the order.

If the product has been relocated to a different address, state, or country after delivery, any additional shipping costs required to deliver replacement parts will be the responsibility of the customer.


Warranty Conditions

  1. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  2. Proof of purchase and images of the defect are required for warranty service.

  3. Installation, use, care, and maintenance must follow the instructions provided in the product manual.

  4. Vego Garden reserves the right to deny warranty claims if installation, use, or maintenance instructions are not followed.

  5. Warranty claims must be reported promptly after a defect is discovered.

  6. Products are intended for use in the original shipping location (United States). Warranty service may be limited or void if the product has been relocated outside of the United States.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper application, modification, accidents, vandalism, force majeure, extreme weather, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond the control of Vego Garden.

  2. Damage caused during transit by third-party carriers.

  3. Damage resulting from the use of accessories, hardware, or components not supplied by Vego Garden.

  4. Failures resulting from improper installation, operation, or use under the influence of medication, alcohol, or drugs.

  5. Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered without authorization from Vego Garden.

  6. Minor cosmetic changes such as slight color fading, scratches, or surface wear resulting from normal outdoor exposure.

  7. Missing parts claims that are reported more than 48 hours after delivery and inspection of the product.

Material-Specific Exclusions

Coating and Surface Finish

  • Damage caused by scratches, improper use, or environmental exposure is not covered.

  • Minor fading, bubbling, or wear is considered normal.

Soil and Environmental Factors

  • Damage caused by soil conditions (e.g., pH imbalance, moisture, corrosion) is not covered.


Electrical Products Outside the United States

Electrical products including grow lights and powered accessories are designed and certified for use within the United States.

If electrical products are used outside the United States, the warranty will be considered void due to differences in voltage standards, electrical safety regulations, and certification requirements.

Vego Garden cannot guarantee product safety, performance, or replacement logistics for electrical products used outside the United States.
